    Processing Time

    We strive to process all orders within 1-2 business days. Our business days are based on Eastern Standard Time (EST) and do not include weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. Please allow for additional transit time for delivery.

    Shipping Rates and Delivery

    Shipping charges are calculated based on your order and delivery address. We currently offer shipping options through UPS, USPS, and DHL. At checkout, you will be presented with the available shipping options for your order. Please note that delivery delays can occur due to weather, natural disasters, or other events outside of our control. We are not responsible for any shipping delays.

    Shipment to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

    We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

    Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

    Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.     Customs, Duties, and Taxes

    Damages and Lost Shipments

    Pakapalooza is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

    International Shipping Policy

    We currently ship to countries in Europe, South America, North America, Central America, Asia, Africa, and Oceania. Please note that international orders may require additional transit time. We are not responsible for any fees imposed by customs or taxes.
