Thank you for visiting and shopping at Pakapalooza, we love you! The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. We also have additional information located on our FAQ page as well.

Domestic Shipping Policy


All orders are processed within 2 business days depending on when you place your order and if it occurs around a holiday. Orders are not shipped or delivered on the weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or other preferred method.


Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The charges are automatically calculated based on your order and where it is being shipped to.

Upon checkout you will be presented by the available shipping options for you to select the option that works best for you. We currently provide options from UPS, USPS, and DHL. The options that are available along with the service levels are dictated by the shipping address.

Please note that delivery delays can occur for any number of reasons. These reasons can include delays caused by the weather, natural disasters, or other acts of God that cannot be accounted for. We are not responsible for any shipping delays.


Pakapalooza ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.


You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can also check your tracking by visiting our Order Tracking page. Simply enter your order number and the email address that you used during checkout. If you have an account, you can also find your tracking information on your account page.


Pakapalooza is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Pakapalooza is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We can ship internationally to certain countries around the world. Our goal is to increase the number of shipping locations but we currently ship to Europe, South America, North America, Central America, and Oceania. Countries that we are currently shipping to will be available during checkout.

Since we ship from the United States please allow additional transit times for all international orders.
