We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express along with several other common payment methods such as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and more. We do not accept money orders or checks.
We understand that sometimes things happen and you need to make changes or cancel your order. If the order has already left our facility, then we are unable to make any changes or provide a cancellation. If this has happened, simply follow our easy Return Policy.
If your order has not shipped yet, we ask you to contact us as soon as possible to see what options are possible.
You can locate your order number on your email confirmation along with your shipping notification emails. If you also created an account with us, you can also find your order number in your account page.
You can track your order by simply using your order number and email address by visiting this link to our Tracking Center. Also, you will have updates emailed to you as well that you can use to track your package as well.
Once you place your order you will receive an email confirmation which will be sent to the email address you used during checkout, or that is listed in your account.
You should receive an email confirmation almost instantly after you finish the checkout process on our store. If you do not see an email confirmation within one hour, please check your spam folder. If you incorrectly used the wrong email address you can update this information via your account page.

If you forgot to use your discount or promo code during checkout, please hold onto it for your next order. Once you complete the checkout process we are unable to edit the transaction to account for the discount.
We're sorry but promotion and discount codes can not be used in conjunction with each other. Use one during checkout that you find meets your best needs.
If you package arrives and is either the wrong item or if is missing items, please contact us immediately. Please review your email confirmation to ensure your order matches the order that you received.

In order to take advantage of free shipping, you need to simply meet the minimum amount required during checkout. Also, we can only offer free shipping to shipments within the United States.
When considering free shipping take into account any promo codes you are applying or discounts. If the minimum is met then shipping will be on us as we value you as a customer!
Once we process your order it normally leaves our warehouse within 2 business days depending on what day you place your order. If you place your order on Friday for instance, it will leave our warehouse the following business day which is normally Monday, unless there is a holiday.
Once shipped, it will take about 3-6 business days to arrive depending on the delivery location.
We currently utilize UPS, USPS, and DHL for shipping carriers. During checkout you will have the options available to you based on where the package is being shipped.
We understand that mistakes happen and sometimes things get a little crazy during checkout. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. If the shipment has not left our warehouse yet then we can easily make the change. The fastest way to get in touch with us is by Facebook Messenger.
Yes, we can! Please note that shipping times will be extended as we are located in the United States.
Returns & Exchanges

While we cannot provide a traditional exchange, we can provide the following which ends up being the same in end.
- Purchase the new item that you would like to have instead.
- Return the item that you currently have for credit.
If you are unhappy with your recent purchase and simply want to return the item we ask that you do so within 30 days. While we would love to offer you another product that you may like, we understand there are times where you simply need to send it back. First, please review our full Return Policy to ensure your item is eligible.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Items that are being reviewed for damages are handled on a per case basis as sometimes the damages are the result of the shipping company for instance.

Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment that was made to make the purchase. Once we receive your return please allow up to 10 business days for the credit to show in account or statement.
If after 10 business days you do not see the credit posted, please first contact your bank or credit card company to find out when the credit will be applied.
You can estimate that the process will be complete in less than 14 business days from when you ship or mail your return to us.
