    We understand that sometimes things don't work out as they should for various reasons and our goal is to create an easy return policy that not only corrects the issue but provides the purchase that you deserve!

    Our return policy lasts 30 days from your date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If your product arrives damaged then we request that we are notified no later than 7 days after purchase.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in or contain the original packaging.

    Refunds

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days.

    Late or missing refunds

    If after 10 business days since we have received your return you still haven’t received a refund, first check with your bank or credit card company as it may take time for the credit to post.

    If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

    Exchanges

    If you are unhappy with the item that you received we would love to offer an exchange for another item on our store. We do not have the ability to do a standard exchange so we ask that you return the item that you want to exchange for a credit against the original form of payment and simply purchase the item that you want. 

    Damages

    If the item arrives damaged then we ask that we are notified within 7 days of receiving your item. Please take photos of the damages in question and email us the photos along with your order number and a description of the damages for review at hello@pakapalooza.com. Once we have reviewed the information we will provide a resolution.

    Shipping

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
